1. Digital Products: No Refund Policy
Because Beloved delivers personalized digital products immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once your personalized report has been delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an immediately delivered digital product and consent to waive any applicable cooling-off period that may apply under your jurisdiction's consumer protection laws.
2. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in the following situations:
- You did not receive your report due to a technical failure on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
- There was a material error in the product that we are unable to correct
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with your order details.
3. How to Contact Us
If you believe you qualify for a refund exception or have a concern about your purchase, please email us at support@beloved.pet with:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Your order confirmation or reference number
- A description of the issue you experienced
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery and these Terms.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
