Payment Terms

These Payment Terms describe the billing, pricing, delivery, and refund policies for all products sold by TB Deals, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) trading as Beloved through https://beloved.pet. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Payment Terms.

TB Deals, LLC will appear as the statement descriptor on your bank or credit card statement for purchases made through https://beloved.pet.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) at the time of checkout. The following products are currently available:

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Promotional pricing is time-limited and may not be combined with other offers.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to process the payment on behalf of TB Deals, LLC.
We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability in your region):
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
TB Deals, LLC does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or sensitive card data. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their security standards. Stripe’s Terms of Service are available at stripe.com/legal.
4. One-Time Purchases and Subscriptions
4.1 One-Time Purchases (Website)
Digital reports purchased on the website are one-time charges. You will be charged exactly once, at the time of checkout. There are no recurring charges associated with website purchases. Your order total is clearly displayed before you submit payment.
4.2 iOS App Subscriptions: Auto-Renewal Disclosure
The Beloved iOS app (“Beloved Pro”) is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store:
- Monthly: US$4.99/month. Renews automatically each month.
- Annual: US$34.99/year. Renews automatically each year.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel Beloved Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until that date.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered at the time of subscription, payment will not be collected during the trial period. Your subscription begins and auto-renews automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Digital Delivery
Upon confirmed payment, your personalised digital report will be delivered as a PDF attachment to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes of your purchase.
You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the report. If you have not received your Product within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us at support@beloved.pet with your order reference and we will resend your report.
6. Currency, Taxes, and VAT
All transactions are charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location.
As a company registered in Latvia (EU), we are subject to EU VAT rules for digital services. If VAT applies to your purchase, it will be clearly itemised before you confirm payment.
Currency conversion fees from USD to your local currency are charged by your bank or card issuer; we have no control over such fees.
7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
7.1 iOS App Subscriptions: Apple Handles Refunds
All iOS subscription purchases are processed by Apple Inc. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Company cannot process or authorise refunds for Apple App Store transactions. Apple’s refund policy applies: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
7.2 One-Time Digital Purchases (Website)
EU Right of Withdrawal Notice: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of that Directive, this right does not apply to digital content (not supplied on a tangible medium) where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By checking the consent box at checkout and clicking “Get My Bond Report,” you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal once the digital report is delivered.
Because Beloved delivers personalised digital content immediately upon purchase, and in accordance with the above EU consumer rights exception, refunds are not available once the report has been delivered, except in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery due to technical failure on our part: If we are unable to deliver your report due to a verified error on our systems, we will either resend the report or issue a full refund.
- Material misdescription: If the product delivered is materially and substantially different from the product described on our website at the time of purchase.
To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, please email support@beloved.pet within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order confirmation or reference number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
The Company reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility. We do not process refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with quiz results or archetype assignments, as these are entertainment-based outcomes derived from your own self-reported responses.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred with a charge, please contact us at support@beloved.pet before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the loss of access to our services. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported in accordance with applicable law.
9. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined or fails, no charge will be made and no product will be delivered. You will be prompted to provide alternative payment information or try again. The Company is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with failed or declined transactions.
10. Payment Receipt and Records
Stripe will send an automated payment receipt to the email address you provide at checkout upon successful payment. This receipt serves as your proof of purchase. We recommend keeping this receipt for your records.
